Medical Receptionist & Patient Coordinator

Stephanie serves as our Medical Receptionist and frontline patient coordinator. Coming to our practice with previous experience in childcare and customer operations, she brings a compassionate and attentive foundation to managing an effective, organized clinical environment.

Stephanie ensures that every patient steps into a welcoming, stress-free setting from their first phone call through every check-in. She assists patients with appointment coordination, insurance intake, and intake documentation.

Stephanie graduated from Delaware Technical and Community College with a degree in Applied Science. When she is not at the clinic, she enjoys crocheting and spending time with her family and dogs.
